The orginal plan today was to ride the marin trail today but I was feeling a bit under the weather (nothing todo with the beer consumed the night before honest gov)
On the way back to my brothers I decied to stop in at Llandegla for a quick blast round the red route.
I almost made it all the way round the red without being passed by anyone just was just caugh before the last red section (I did have a mechanical though)so I think I should claim not being over taken!
One lap was enough so got the bike washed and had some lunch
